What is the return policy?
Returns are accepted if returned in the same condition as sent, within 10 days of delivery. You must contact us to let us know you need to return an item. Shipping costs are not refundable. Buyer is responsible for return postage and sending the package via a traceable mode.
We cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit. Once the item is received back in our store, a refund will be issued in the same form as the initial payment.** NOTE: The Christian Curriculum Connection does not accept returns on in-store purchases! CD-ROMs and DVDs cannot be returned for a refund.
Returns due to our error will be completely refunded including shipping costs.
